September 12 @ 5:45 pm - 8:00 pm

This In The Village session of BLOC building explores the pathways available to Kansas City’s educators who are also creative entrepreneurs

This In The Village session of BLOC building explores the pathways and possibilities available to Kansas City’s educators who are also creative entrepreneurs. Nigerian author, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie said, “The single story creates stereotypes, and the problem with stereotypes is not that they aren’t true, but they are incomplete. They make one story become the only story.” Join BLOC and Kansas City’s inaugural poet Laurette, Melissa Civil to change the story that is written and shared by our educators.
